In therapy you share your deepest feelings and thoughts, possibly for the first time ever. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. The same level of confidentiality governs all of our communication, including phone and e-mail.
How does it work?
We meet for an initial consultation which may take up to one and half hours to discuss your needs and the issues you would like to explore, undersatnd and get help with. After this initial session, we decide how to proceed.
I offer both short-term therapy (up to 12 sessions) to deal with a specific issue that you would like to explore, try to understand and resolve, or open-ended long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy.
Following the initial consultation, sessions are conducted face to face, Zoom, Skype, What’sApp or over the phone – at your choice.
