About Me

About Me

I am a qualified psychodynamic psychotherapist, counsellor and a clinical supervisor. I was trained at WPF Therapy and hold  MA in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy – Theory and Practice,  from Roehampton University.

My wide experience over 20 years of practice has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse groups of people from different cultures, ethnicities, faiths, sexual orientation and from different professional and social backgrounds.

These years of practice working in private practice, in the voluntary sector and as a therapist in different organisations in the UK and abroad, allow me to acquaint myself with people who face, and at times grapple, with range of issues like relationships, anxiety, abuse, depression, work and career realted issues and more.

My collaborative work with people who come to therapy may enable and support them to explore feelings, make sense to their thoughts and experiences including navigating significant life transitions such as career change, relationships, relocation, and the challenges of integration, adaptation and identity.
